How to retrieve game progress or game account?

It's Daemon Legend Paul and I understand that you are having issues with your game.

We really appreciate your great feedback, just to clarify though, did you lost your game progress? If in case yes, we do have ways to retrieve it but we need some details from you to look into the issue.

Here's what you need to provide.

- Your current nickname

- The exact type and version of your device

- Your old deleted nickname

- The approximate date and time the incident occured

- Your old game level and name some of the friends you had

- Your new customer number

Remember that retrieving an account may take time so please bear with us."

As a play safe, I recommend players to take down their original customer number which can be found under setting.
