An Iga ninja and a follower of Tanba Momochi, Goemon used to operate alongside an owl. During the ninja period, he was a cold-hearted character, who never spared a thought for his fellow man. As soon as the Warring States period changed into the Edo period, however, he realized that the days of the ninja were numbered, and transformed himself into a master thief. His ninja past gave him an insight into the immoral acts perpetrated by statesmen and other leaders, and this is perhaps the reason he became an honourable thief -- in order to exact a measure of indirect revenge.
How to Acquire
- "The Ninjas' Elegy" event find and defeat him and trade him 1,500 scrolls.
- You can also obtain his magatama for 300 scrolls if you find Dora.
