It appears that daemons have dressed up for the occasion and are waiting for you to arrive. With Mira in tow, you are set out for the Halloween Tower...

Event Summary

Collect Halloween Cookies while exploring Halloween Tower, and make your way to the top floor.
Meet and befriend the guardian ghosts waiting for you in Halloween Tower.
Defeat randomly appearing wandering ghosts, and give them the Halloween Cookies you've collected to befriend them!
Get First Half and Second Half Ranking rewards depending on your Halloween Cookie total!!
Get a Total Ranking Reward on the final day depending on your Halloween Cookie total!
There's even talk that Dora's come to the tower to set up shop.
